APA Referencing and Plagiarism

Students are required to use the APA referencing system for written assignments.  APA is now in its 7th edition.

Copying the words and ideas of others without acknowledging correct ownership is called plagiarism.  Plagiarism by a student may result in disciplinary action.

For more information on the APA referencing system, access our Referencing and Plagiarism LibGuide or complete the Reference It self-paced course.

The Library Service has produced a printable guide to help you with referencing. Find it on the Referencing and Plagiarism LibGuide.
