Australian Social Work

Description: Publishes original research, practice and theoretical articles on individual, family, group and community work. palliAGED
Frequency: Monthly
Subject: Aged Care
Description: An online evidence-based guidance and knowledge resource for palliative care in aged care. It incorporates and updates the evidence-based information previously contained in the Guidelines for a Palliative Approach in Residential Aged Care (APRAC) and the Guidelines for a Palliative Approach for Aged Care in the Community Setting (COMPAC). Being online means the new resource will always be available and able to be accessed when the knowledge is needed. It will also make it easy to update guidance as new evidence emerges.
