Does SuperSearch search across all databases?

SuperSearch will search across the majority of the databases that the library subscribes to.  To access a particular database please refer to the Library webpage for a listing of our individual online resources.

How do I get SuperSearch results emailed to me?

To take advantage of this feature you will need to be signed into SuperSearch when conducting searches.

Why am I getting error messages when searching SuperSearch, or attempting to access online articles and books?

Some resources are only available to search by SuperSearch if you are an authenticated user and have logged in using your credentials.  Please log into SuperSearch and repeat your search.  If you are still unable to access the article or eBook please contact Library staff.

What internet browsers are supported by SuperSearch?

SuperSearch currently supports the following platforms:

  • Microsoft Edge

It is always good practice to use newer versions of a browser.

What can I do if I get a broken link or error message?

If you see an error message or can't access the item electronically, try repeating your search. If you are still having issues, then contact the Library. We'll double check for you, offer suggestions, and if needed, report the problem.
