How to Log a Service Call

 

To report on incident or a change request send an email to shane.egan@dtwd.wa.gov.au
with a CC to ict.servicedesk@dtwd.wa.gov.au

 

1. Format the subject line of your email to show:

[Your TAFE] -  [System affected] - [The issue heading] - [LRSN]

Examples:
  • SMT: ALMA -  New staff need permissions - LRSN
  • CRT: EZ Proxy - New resource stanza - LRSN
  • NMT: Access to Primal Pictures offline - LRSN

2. In the body of the email be as clear and detailed as required to get the message across.
Include screen caps; patron ID's or item barcodes as appropriate.
