Welcome to our guide on how to use the Library and search online for your subject areas. If you need help, please ask one of the staff.

Welcome to the South Regional TAFE Library 

We can help you:

  • access training videos, databases, ebooks and online journals in your subject area
  • provide guidance on studying, referencing and searching for up-to-date and accurate information
  • access to computing and printing facilities at our Bunbury and Albany libraries

Setting up your Online Account

Ensure you have set up your online account to access on-campus computers, WI-FI, Office 365, One Drive, Blackboard and Library Research Resources.

Go to SRTAFE Student Gateway by clicking the button in the right hand column. Alternatively, go to the College website (https://www.southregionaltafe.wa.edu.au/) and hover over “Info for”, then click “Current Students”. Click on the "Click Here to Enter" button to access the page in the Student Gateway section.

Read and follow the directions shown in the “Managing your (Microsoft 365) student account” section.

Have you collected your Staff or Student South Regional TAFE ID Card?

Student/Staff ID cards are available from the Albany and Bunbury Campus Libraries. New students will need to bring their proof of enrolment and photo identification.

Students and staff at Regional Campuses can order and collect their card at Campus Reception.

South Regional TAFE offers a free digital publication service managed by the Albany Library Team. There are nearly 200 digital titles in the following categories:
  • Professional Journals and Industry Magazines to aid in lecturers' professional development
  • Industry Magazines and Newsletters to help students learn about their field of study
  • Recreational Magazines for entertainment and relaxation
  • Informative Publications to keep you up to date in both specialised and general fields.
