North Metropolitan TAFE: Reusable content: Controlled Content Boxes - Library

There are 2 common errors which can appear when you try and open the PlantFile database. These errors are: 'Description Errors' or 'Key Characters Disallowed'. 

Here is how to fix both errors -  

On a Google Chrome browser:

• Select the ellipses (three dots) on the top right of your browser screen.
• From the dropdown menu look for 'Clear Browsing Data'. 
• Select the 'Clear Data'.
• You may need to re-load the database. 

On a Microsoft Edge browser:

• Select the ellipses (three dots) on the top right of your browser screen. 
• From the dropdown menu look for 'history'.
• Select the rubbish bin on the top right of the menu.
• A menu will appear and select 'Clear Now'.
• You may need to re-load the database. 

If the database opens in 'Trial or Demo Mode' all you need to do is refresh the page.
